Vehicle Guidelines

[FREE DELIVERY! ] For your convenience, we offer vehicle delivery throughout various San Antonio destinations with 10 miles of location. Does not include any toll fees or parking fees as customers are responsible for those cost. Airport parking will be in short term, long term or economy pending on availability. Feel free to ask about free delivery to your location or can negotiate delivery costs as well. Guest are to return the vehicle to the same location as pickup or will acurr a inconvenience fee. For airports please return back to short term if not full, longterm, or green economy parking.
Car Usage Guidelines Re-Fueling: Some cars like the hellcat require Premium 91 Gas and up.. . Please leave receipts in the car. If you don't leave receipts in vehicle there will be a gas fee charged, maintenance fee as well as any damages that may acuur. If you don't have time to refuel, feel free to go to the extras menu!
  • No Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING (of any kind). If the car smells of smoke you will be responsible for all costs related to vehicle decontamination.
  • No Pets Preferred: If you must travel with a pet, please keep the vehicle clean and free of pet hair. Be aware that pets might scratch the leather seats. Cleaning fee of $150 can accur.
  • Hand Carwash Only: Please use hand carwash services. The vehicle will be cleaned upon delivery. Excessively dirty returns will incur a cleaning charge. Heavy amounts of dirt, sand, mud, tire rubber, etc. Cleaning fee of $150 can accur.
  • No Speeding or Racing: hard acceleration, and tire burning. Please keep traction control on as you'll be responsible for replacing tires if burning the tires. A tire depth Guage will be noted prior to trip and tire brand. Unusual tire wear customers will be billed for tires. You can burn the tires if you select it in the extras option If there is signs of excessive wear to the tires without adding the extra charge you will be charged $600 for the tires. ?
  • No Off-Road or Muddy Roads: The vehicle is not permitted for off-road activities or driving on muddy roads. Customers are responsible for any damages made to the vehicle. We encourage renters to purchase a protection plan if your not covered which can limit their out-of-pocket costs for damage and aslo consider having rental insurance.
Additional Note: All cars are equipped with tracking devices, manufacturer GPS, and AirTags.Thank you for following these guidelines!

[ADDITIONAL USAGE] Please pick up and return the vehicle at the time you specified. On-time pickups and returns allow us to make sure all vehicles are disinfected and prepared for our next guest. You will be charged a late return/additional usage fee if you return it after 30 min and it increases if you go past 2 hours. If you believe you might need the vehicle for more hours/days, please extend your trip through cowboy rentals website.
